A challenging job goes hand-in-hand with excellent remuneration. We offer, besides a market-based salary, good study- and sabbatical arrangements that include parental leave and a pension plan through ABP Pension Fund. WUR has two different Collective Labour Agreements, which differ in parts but are essentially equivalent.
