Introduction
Food fraud is an emerging global issue that disturbs normal market environment and leads to vital economic lost, because of supply chain globalization and world-wide incidents (e.g., COVID).

Aim
This project will put effort on comprehending the food fraud mechanisms through the elucidation of social network in food supply chain.

Approach
Social network analysis (SNA) has been developed for many years in crime network identification, supply chain investigating and so on. SNA is an interesting tool to identify the fraudulent behaviour and elucidate the dynamic change of fraud crime on the network level.
