My teaching activities focus on the design of sustainable food system based dietary guidelines and on nutritional epidemiology and public health (basic and advanced courses). I implement new scientific evidence and trends regarding sustainable diets into the curriculum of the master's degree in Nutrition and Health by creating new courses and improving others.
