Borrowing & requesting literature
In addition to our extensive digital collections, a large print collection is available in the Forum Library, and students, staff, and guests are welcome to borrow print books. Can’t find a title at WUR Library? Students and staff can use our document delivery services.
Borrow, reserve & return
You can borrow most print books. Rare or valuable titles, reference works, journals, and compulsory study books are for in-library use only. In WUR Library Search, you can check the online or print availability. WUR staff and students can borrow up to 25 books at a time, free of charge, and books are automatically renewed. Guests (non-WUR users) can also borrow books for free after creating an eduID guest account. For details on borrowing, reserving, and returning books, please check the knowledge articles in the left menu.
Requesting literature
If you need a book or publication that's not in the Library's collection, WUR staff and students can request it from another library. Staff can also request items from the closed WUR Library's stacks. The knowledge articles below explain how to place an order and outline any associated costs. We also provide document delivery services for Dutch and international libraries.

We work together with TU Delft Library (pictured) and other Dutch and European university libraries.
Suggest or make an addition to the collection
